Being user- friendly is essentially a matter of attitude, of being client oriented. White (1983) has indicated that well –managed companies are customers oriented. They are customers driven, not technology driven, not product driven, not strategy driven. They believe that constant contact with one the customer provides insights that direct the company. Educational organizations must be equally concerned with good direct the company.
