Stress

Actually, the term stress is used in two distinct ways. First, it is often applied to conditions in the world around us that induce feelings of discomfort and tension in this context, the term stress refers to the presence of various stressors both external and internal interest: As stated by McGralth (1976), a noted expert in this field.

‘’there is a potential for stress when an environment situation is perceived as presenting a demand which threatens to exceed the persons capabilities and resources to meeting it’’.

Unfortunately, stress is far from rare in any organisations, institutions or in modern life generally, moreover when it occurs, it often exerts far- reaching effects upon the persons involved and upon their job.
